How Cloudflare Workers AI is billed
AI inference billed in Neurons. Each model converts tokens to Neurons at its own rate; the first 10,000 Neurons/day (~300k/month) are free.
- $0.011 per 1,000 Neurons above the free allocation
- Free: 10,000 Neurons/day (≈300,000/month), on Free and Paid plans
- Exceeding the daily free tier requires Workers Paid ($5/mo base)
- Each model publishes its own Neurons-per-token rate (see the dropdown)
- Image, audio, and TTS models bill per tile / minute / 1k chars instead of tokens
- Proxied partner models (Deepgram, Leonardo, Flux-2) have NO free allocation
